How to use this page (staff only)

The box above controls the weather bar at the top of the website: Home, Youth Schedule, Adult Schedule, Tennis Open Play, Book Classes and Pickleball Classes & Open Play.

  1. Edit the box above. First line = one word: WATCH, ON, CANCELED or OFF.

  2. Second line (optional) = your own message, for example “Only the 4–7 PM classes are canceled.” Leave it out to show the standard message.

  3. Save. Refresh the homepage to check the bar.

What each word shows

  • WATCH → 🟡 Weather Watch: rain is possible today. Classes are ON for now. Final call 1 hour before each class, so check your email before you leave home. Follow us on Instagram for live updates.

  • ON → 🟢 We’re ON! Courts are good to go. See you on court!

  • CANCELED → 🔴 Rain wins today. Classes are canceled. Every canceled class gets a make-up credit that never expires.

  • OFF → no bar.

When the day is over (or the weather clears), set it back to OFF. Always send the same message by email, in PlayByPoint (pickleball) and on Instagram stories (@mikastennisacademy, @mtapickleballclub) too.
