Tennis Camp FAQ

1. What ages can attend camp?

Our camps are open to players ages 4 and up.

Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure the best experience for everyone.

2. What are camp hours?

Camp sessions run either:

  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    OR

  • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Please check your specific camp listing for the exact time.

3. What does a typical camp day look like?

Lil Champs & Rising Juniors
(Ages 4–18)

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Dynamic Warm Up + Conditioning
11:00 AM – 01:00 PM: Tennis Skill Development
01:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Lunch & games

Highlights

  • Etiquette & rule learning sessions

High Performance
(Ages 8+)

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Dynamic Warm Up / Conditioning
11:00 AM – 01:00 PM: Elite Tennis Drills
01:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Match Play / Points

Camp will be catered to campers of all levels, grouped by age, ability, and experience.

Lunch is not included

4. Do players need experience?

No experience is required.
We welcome beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.

High-performance players may require prior evaluation.

5. What should my child bring?

Please send your child with:

  • Tennis racket (we can provide one if needed)

  • Athletic shoes (non marking)

  • Water bottle (labeled)

  • Hat & sunscreen

  • Lunch & snacks

6. What happens in case of bad weather?

If camp is canceled by Mikas Tennis Academy due to:

  • Weather

  • Extreme conditions

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Participants will be issued a camp credit to use toward a future camp session.

7. What is your refund policy?

No refunds are issued for participant cancellations. Camp credits may be provided at management discretion. Check our camp policy page for more details: click here

8. Can I sign up for single days?

Single-day enrollment may be available for 1 day camps. Full-session enrollment is recommended for the best developmental experience for the camps that are 5 days or longer.

9. Are parents allowed to watch?

Yes. Parents may observe from designated areas. We ask that sideline coaching be avoided to encourage player independence and focus.

10. Do you offer early drop off and late pick up?

Yes. $20 per hour per kid, need at least 48 hour notice to arrange that.

10. How do I register?

Registration is completed online through our booking system.
Spots are limited and camps often sell out.
