Join us for a Rejuvenating Breathwork & Soundbath Ceremony at Mika’s Tennis Academy. This evening is designed to Reset Your Nervous System, Reconnect with Your Body and Nourish Your Spirit.

Led by the luminous Davina Joy, this Intentional gathering weaves Conscious Breathwork with the Healing Frequencies of Crystal Bowls and Vocal Alchemy, inviting you to Release Stress, Expand Awareness and Tap Into Your Inner Power.

Whether you’re recovering after training, seeking emotional release, or simply craving space to pause and reflect, this Ceremony is a Powerful Invitation to Ground, Recharge and Realign; on and off the court!

🔹 A REMINDER TO PLEASE:
* Wear Comfortable clothing. We will be outdoors & the temperature will vary. So you may want to bring a blanket or wear some extra layers if you get cold easily. Socks always make a huge difference in helping to regulate temperature as well. Whatever you might need to be Super Comfortable, please have it with you.

🔸 WHAT TO BRING?
* Bring your own yoga mat/pad to lay on.
* Bring your own bolster/pillow for under your knees (we will not be using a pillow under your head during the Breathwork portion of the Ceremony, but if you want one close by for the Soundbath part, bring one to keep close to you).
*Bring your own water bottle.
* Bring an eye mask if you InJoy covering your eyes.
* Bring any crystals/gems/stones or any sentimental/special items you would like to have Cleansed & Blessed by the Crystal Bowls.
* Bring an Open-Mind, Open-Body, Open-Heart & Open-Soul.
