Tennis Camp Registration & Cancellation Policy

Camp Registration

Camp packs must be purchased and all camp dates selected at least 7 days before the camp start date to secure your child’s spot. Dates not selected within this timeframe may no longer be guaranteed and may be forfeited.

Within 7 days of the camp start date, camp packs are no longer available.
Families may register only at the drop-in daily rate, subject to availability.

Camp Pack Usage

Camp packs are season-specific and are intended for use during the camp season in which they were purchased. However, properly cancelled camp days may be credited and applied toward a future camp season, and any issued credits must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date.

Cancellations & Credits

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled camp day
100% account credit will be issued.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled camp day
No credit will be issued.

Missed days, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows do not qualify for credits.

Use of Camp Credits

  • Camp Credits may be used for future MTA camps 

  • Camp Credits are valid for 6 months from the date issued.

  • Credits have no cash value.

Transfers

Camp registrations may be moved to another camp day with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Weather Policy

MTA Summer Camps are outdoor programs.

Camp may be cancelled or shortened due to rain or unsafe weather conditions.
In such cases, camp credit may be offered when possible with no expiration, but refunds are not provided.
