Makeup policy for group class

At Mikas Tennis Academy, we offer makeup classes as a benefit for clients actively enrolled in their class subscription. Since the subscription secures your spot in class on an ongoing basis, it also keeps you eligible for makeups when life gets in the way.

 Group Classes

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a group class. An email needs to be sent to info@mikastennisacademy.com
  

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, forfeit the class and won’t get a make-up credit.
  

• Make-up classes are offered only if space is available in another group of the same level.
  

• Make-up credits issued for missed group classes expire after 3 months.
  

• Make-up credits cannot be used toward camps, but can be shared with friends or family members and even used for pickleball.
  

• We have classes for all ages and levels, so you’ll always find a fun option to use your credit!
